Skooltym Access handles the biometric data of children. These documents set out what we collect, who is responsible for it, what the service does not promise, and how a school, a parent or a student can act on their rights.
The short version. The school is the data controller — it decides which children are enrolled and must obtain parental consent. Malticard is the data processor — we run the system on the school’s instructions. Skooltym Access is an attendance record and notification service. It is not a security, safety or child-supervision service, and it does not replace a school’s duty of care.
